About Me

Kimberly Sogge (she/her) is a lover of rivers and mountains, living and working on the unceded and unsurrendered territories of the Algonquin Anishnaabe people in Canada. She is devoted to the flourishing of all beings.

For joy, she hosts a podcast on the Art & Science of Thriving, where she shares meaningful conversations with inspiring people. As a dedicated lay eco-dharma practitioner, Kim serves the Awake in the Wild community, guiding Sunday sits that weave together nature-based mindfulness and mindful self-compassion.

She is a beloved member of her Canadian sangha and an aspirant in the Order of Interbeing in Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village tradition. In her day job, Kim is a Ph.D. clinical psychologist and the founder of Ottawa River Integrative Mental Health Inc., specializing in Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing therapy.
