About Sterling Lambert
I am a nature lover and a high-energy, playful meditator who is constantly curious and actively practices empathy. My mission is to help people reconnect with their true Nature through music, creativity, and contemplative nature practices inspired by contemporary mindfulness practice, Buddhist psychology and wisdom, Indigenous wisdom, and evidence-based research. Most importantly, to remind people to not forget to smile and enjoy themselves along the way!
I have been practicing meditation for 6 years and have spent several weeks on retreat dedicated to silent meditation practice in both Zen and Vipassana traditions. I am passionate about behavioral and spiritual research, and am currently pursuing a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University. Embarking on this work alongside others is a privilege and I am excited to learn more and stay open so I can understand myself more deeply and better serve communities in need.
