About Me
I have been a therapist for 15 years and a meditation teacher for 7. In my previous life I was a wild land firefighter in both California and British Columbia Canada. I was raised in rural British Columbia where developed a strong affection for nature. I am passionate about combining nature and meditation to strengthen our relationships to ourselves.
